To register a WILL, the following documents are required

• WILL drafted on the document paper (to be registered)
• Testator ID proof (PAN/Aadhaar/Passport/ Voter ID)
• Printout of Application summary report
• Transaction receipt (Rs.200 for registration and Rs.30/page for scanning)

For my client, we registered the below WILL in Karnataka

The testator and two witnesses should sign the WILL and must present in registrar’s office at the time of WILL registration.
