Before starting the application process, keep the following details ready:
- District Name
- Name of the Sub-Registrar Office where the document was registered
- Document Number
- Year of Registration
Step-by-Step Process to Get Certified Copy of Sale Deed Registered Before 2004
Step 1: Login to Kaveri Online Services
Visit the official Kaveri Online Services portal:
https://kaveri.karnataka.gov.in/landing-page
Login using your registered mobile number or email ID.
Step 2: Start a New Application
On the home page, click on “START A NEW APPLICATION”.

Step 3: Select Certified Copy Service
Choose “CERTIFIED COPY - (ONLINE CC)” from the list of services.

Step 4: Select Registration Period
Select “Before 01/01/2004” and click on “Proceed”.

Step 5: Enter Property and Registration Details
Fill in the required document details such as:
- Document Type
- District
- Sub-Registrar Office
- Document Number
- Year of Registration

Step 6: eSign the Application
Complete the Aadhaar-based eSign authentication process.

After completing the eSign process, submit the application online.
How to Check Certified Copy Application Status
You can track the application status under the “CC Application” tab in Kaveri Online Services.
