1. Blood relative
2. Non-blood relative

1. Below is the Stamp Duty & Registration fee for blood relative

• Stamp Duty: Rs 5000
• Registration fee: Rs. 1000
• Scanning Rs. 520 (approx)
• Affidavit Rs. 40

Following people come under blood relative category:

• Father
• Mother
• Brother
• Sister
• Wife
• Husband
• Son
• Daughter

Aunty, uncle, cousin, in-law and friends doesn’t come under blood relative category

2. Below is the Stamp Duty & Registration fee for non-blood relative

• Stamp Duty: 5.1%
• Registration fee: 1%
• Scanning : Rs. 520 (approx)
• Affidavit: Rs. 40

The above % is based on the consideration value or guidance value, whichever is higher
