In Prerequisite for CC, Click on "Continue". Refer to image below

My property is registered on 11-Sep-2023, which means the property is registered after 2004. Select After 01/01/2004. Refer to the below image

Click on Proceed

Step 5: Follow the below to fill out the application

Document Type: Select “Document registration” from dropdown list
District: Select your district from dropdown list, My property is located in Shivajinagar District Jursidication, I selected Shivajinagar from dropdown list
Sub Registrar Office: I register the property in KR Puram sub-registrar office. I selected KR Puram from dropdown list
Book Type: Selected Book-1 from dropdown list
Document Number: Type your 5-digit document number, I typed my document number 08XXX
Year of Registration: I registered the property in the year 2023-24, selected 2023-–24
