Landlord shall give power of attorney (POA) to local guide, attorney holder shall sign rental agreement on behalf of landlord.

Option 2: Local assistance

• Get the agreement done through your local guide
• Get your tenant signature
• Notarize the agreement
• Receive the soft copy of agreement by email
• Take printout
• Sign the agreement at bottom of all pages
• Send back the soft copy of signed agreement to tenant by email.

• Received the soft copy of agreement by email
