Transfer of e-Khata after gift deed registration in Bangalore is processed through an auto mutation system, making it simple and hassle-free for property owners.
When a gift deed is registered between the donor and donee, the e-Khata is automatically transferred from the donor’s name to the donee’s name. In most cases, no separate application is required for khata transfer.
