Congratulations for your Khata transfer approval.

Follow the below steps for further procedure.

• Pay the Khata transfer fee:

Visit the nearest Bangalore One center and share the Sakala number. Sakala number starts with BB and followed by 13 digit number, which looks like BB19900007336XX.
Counter officer in Bangalore One confirms Khata fee, make the payment either through UPI, wallet, card or cash transfer.

Collect the receipt for the payment. A receipt looks like the below image.

• E- signed Khata:

Within 7 working days from the day of Khata payment at Bnagaloreone centre, BBMP uploads e-sgined khata in your Sakala account. Log into your Sakala account and download your e-signed khata. Refer to the below image in circle to locate download option.

• Collect the Khata:

Carry the payment receipt received in Bangaloreone centre and your ID proof (preferably Aadhaar or passport copy) to BBMP office of your property.

Show the payment receipt and ID proof to officer in BBMP and collect your physical khata. A physical Khata looks like below image.

I didn’t pay bribe to collect the Khata. BBMP official was very kind and polite. BBMP will not courier or post Khata your address. Hard copy of Khata is handed over only if you visit the BBMP.

This completes the procedure.
